The Dlc Cinema Skater Dolly Is Designed With Hdslr’S And Camcorder’S In Mind Allowing The Photographer And Videographer New Creative Possibilities. Featuring An Extra Large Platform Making It Easy To Load Large Cameras, The All Cnc Made Aircraft Aluminum Construction Gives Strength And Durability. The Platform Has One 1/4-20 Threaded Male Post Which Is Removable And Three 1-4/20 Female Thread Postions Allowing Friction Arms, Ball Heads, Etc. To Be Mounted On The Dolly. Each Wheel Mount Is Positioned Over A Compass Allowing Easy Setting Of The Wheel’S Angle.

The Dolly Can Move In Any Direction Depending Of The Setting Of The Wheels Including An In Place 360° Rotation Allowing Easy Videography Of A Rotating Subject While Maintaining A Constant Background. The Custom Wheels Feature Fluid Bearings And Are Slightly Softer Than Standard Skate Type Wheels Allowing The Cinema Skater Dolly To Glide Smoothly Over A Hard Surface. The Cutouts Make It Easier To Lift And Or Carry The Dolly. The Outside Dimensions Of The Dolly Are About 12″ And The Top Of The Base Of The Dolly Rises About 1/2″ Off The Ground, Giving It An Extremely Low Profile. Complete With Nylon Carry Case With Handle.

The Compact Cinema Skater (About 12″ Wide) Provides Four 1/4″-20 Mounting Positions – One Directly In The Middle And Three Others Around That One. The Included 1/4″-20 Stud Is Removable And Can Mount Your Camera Directly – Or You Can Choose To Mount A Head For More Flexible Positioning. The Extra Mount Positions Can Be Used To Mount Arms For Lights, Monitors, Etc.
